Being a Physiotherapist is an honour; I will meet you where you are at and support you in resiliency. Ultimately the goal is to help balance your nervous system, build capacity and support your body to do what it does best, which is to adapt.

With the right evidence-based treatment and care; every patient can benefit from a personalized rehab plan. My background of B.Sc with Honours and Master’s of Physical Therapy have built the foundation for critical thinking and lifelong learning. My clinical knowledge is paired with a passion for exercise as medicine and care, while my experience working in rehabilitation spans over a decade. I have had the honour of working with 500+ cancer patients personally supporting return to work and/or a return to exercise.

My expertise in the field of Cancer Rehabilitation stems from experience but also clinical certifications. I am a licensed physiotherapist, and a certified PINC& STEEL and PORI oncology therapist. I have participated in many research working groups, attended cancer symposiums as a guest lecturer, partaken in the Canadian physiotherapy association oncology division and have assisted at the UBC clinical oncology lab for the MPT masters program.

I hope through my support you will feel a balance of science and care; along with a personalized approach. It’s an honour to connect; and I’m sure we’ll learn a lot from one another along the way.
